Sales Manager, DeteCas™
Job Description
CD BioSciences is a professional substance detection service provider, using CRISPR-Cas systems for analyte detection. We are seeking a sales manager who will be responsible for identifying and nurturing opportunities to promote our DeteCas™ platform development services to new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Promotion of various testing services.
- Build trusting relationships with new customers and obtain new business for testing services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to properly utilize internal resources.
- Operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment while maintaining a focused and customer-focused attitude.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, bioinformatics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology, or related field.
- Previous successful field sales experience for universities, academic institutions, government agencies or biotechnology is preferred.
- Proficient in genomics and bioinformatics, etc.
- Demonstrated strong collaborative behaviors and good negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and other communication skills.
- Proficient in a team-based sales environment.
