Research Scientist/Project Manager, DeteCas™
Job Description
CD BioSciences is a professional substance detection service provider, using CRISPR-Cas systems for analyte detection. We are looking for project managers to lead laboratory teams to complete the application and optimization of DeteCas™ technology according to customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Understand the needs of customer projects.
- Plan detailed executable experimental protocols and processes based on customer requirements.
- Lead, coordinate and supervise lab members to complete experiments.
- Collect and summarize experimental data.
- Complete detailed final project reports.
- Regularly update customers with the support of the sales team.
- Complete follow-up work based on customer feedback.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in cellular and molecular biology, bioinformatics, genomics, biochemistry, immunology or related field.
- Extensive laboratory experience in biochemical CRO/CMO companies.
- Familiarity with the principles and operations of experiments related to the CRISPR-Cas system.
- Strong leadership, organizational, collaborative and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and written skills for research projects and reports.
- Experience in a similar position and field is preferred.
